Terms and Conditions Welcome to our holiday home! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation. By booking your stay, you agree to comply with all the rules and policies listed below. 1. Booking and Payment A valid credit card or payment method is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices include VAT and applicable local taxes, unless stated otherwise. 2. Check-In and Check-Out Check-in time: Between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Check-out time: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. 3. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival (unless otherwise specified). Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival may incur a partial or full charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. 4. House Rules Maximum number of guests: 6 Smoking: Not allowed (including electronic cigarettes) Pets: Not allowed Events/parties: Strictly prohibited Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure the comfort of other residents. 5. Damages and Liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guest's account. We are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay. 6. Use of the Property The property must be used exclusively for residential purposes. Subletting or transferring the booking to third parties is not permitted without prior consent. 7. Privacy We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Your data will be used only for purposes related to your booking and stay. 8. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome.
